Title: Fettucini with Shrimp and Herb Sauce

1pkLipton creamy herb soup mix
8ozShrimp, partially thawed
6ozFettucini, cooked
1 3/4cMilk
1/2cPeas, partially thawed
1/4cParmesan, grated
